Terms & Conditions

  1. VST Computers (H.K.) Ltd. (VST) provides one to five years warranty service according to different brands of products:
    AMD ------ 3 years warranty for box-packaging CPU;
    1 years warranty for tray packaging CPU.
    Seagate ------ 2 to 5 years warranty based on different models
    Mosel,Hercules, PSION, Aztech, Biostar and MSI ------ 1 year warranty
    Supermicro ------ 2 years warranty

  2. The warranty for the above products is deemed void if:
    1. physically damage on product.
    2. the content of the Warranty Card has been changed unless certified by "VST" or its Authorized Dealer.
    3. the product is not installed in accordance with the instructions furnish by manufacturer.
    4. repair has been done to the item by people rather than authorized by "VST".
    5. original label has been removed or missing information.

  3. Warranty does not cover damages due to incorrect operation, installation and natural disaster.

  4. Warranty does not cover damages on other equipment being used in conjunction with the product.
  5. Customer should provide original VST warranty card along with description of fault so as to obtain warranty being provided by "VST" or Authorized Dealer.

  6. If deemed necessary. "VST" reserves the right to request Customer to provide original proof of purchase and the name of dealer.

  7. Customer must produce our warranty card when warranty service is requested within warranty period, if fail to do so, "VST reserves the right to refuse providing the warranty service.
  8. The warranty for the items applies products sold in Hong Kong and Macau regions only.

Note: Customers are welcome to come to VST customer service centre for repair service
